Cancellation Policy
The reservation is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total amount
Method of payment: credit card, bank transfer, Paypal.
For all the reservations cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For late cancellation and no-show the 30% of the total amount will be charged.
For early departure, the total amount of reservation will be charged.

Pets are allowed (max 15 Kg)
The price is 60 € per stay
Pets are not allowed on the private beach and on the common area

The tax is applied up to 15 consecutive nights; are exempt from payment: minors up to 14 years of age, the handicapped, the elderly over the age of 70
